Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UAE public holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following GCC countries:

  • United Arab Emirates

  • Saudi Arabia

  • Kuwait

  • Bahrain

  • Oman

  • Qatar

If your country is not listed, please contact us before placing an order.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance.

  • UAE: 1–3 business days

  • Other GCC countries: 3–7 business days

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

  • Finch County is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, reshipping charges may apply.
